For the last few years legal practitioners have been allowed to pay third parties such as mortgage brokers and estate agents for referring clients to them. Adler Fitzpatrick Solicitors disagree with this practise. We want to act for you and in your best interests. We cannot do this if we have a separate financial relationship with another party that directly relates to your transaction. If your estate agent or broker has recommended you to us then they have done so because they know that the legalities will be handled efficiently. They have turned down the opportunity for a "kick back" and you can rest assured that they are acting in your best interest. Estate agents and brokers have key roles in most property transactions and we work closely with them to achieve the best possible result for you.
COSTS TRANSPARENCY
We will provide you with a fixed fee so you know exactly what you have to pay before you instruct us. In addition to our quote will set out clearly the disbursements you will incur such as Land Registry fees, Stamp Duty and Search fees. Many solicitors give low quotes to get the business and then build in a host of "extras". This is not us. We believe in total transparency when it comes to costs. |
