Caroline is a solicitor and partner in the Kingston Property department, as of 19 April, 2012.
Caroline's practice encompasses property law and has expertise in residential and commercial property transactions.
Following her Law degree Caroline completed her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law Guildford where she qualified in 1999, starting her practice in central London before moving to a large regional firm in Epsom where she was a partner.
Residential Property. The residential matters Caroline has acted on vary from small flats to multi million pound houses. She is proactive and creative in finding solutions to problems. She has vast experience in dealing with new build properties and is familiar with advising on acquiring and financing properties through off shore tax structures.
Commercial Property. Caroline has advised many businesses when entering new property commitments. She also acts for Landlords and manages a portfolio of properties for a Pension Fund. She has many years experience in dealing with properties in the retail, catering and leisure industry and frequently gives seminars in this field.
Property Finance. Caroline advises in all areas of property finance. She acts for a number of bridging finance companies as well as securing loans on properties for individuals.
